Frequently Asked Questions

  • Average processing time (from the time you place your order to the time it ships) is 24-72 hours. Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days.
On average, you can expect to receive your Trap Apparel in 7-10 days

  • Returnable items include: clothing and activewear (all items must be in an original and unworn state)- clothing will be inspected upon return to The Trap.
  • Non-returnable items- Trap Bags, Flyers, and all yoga props (Trap Bench, Fly Wheel, and Fly Bands), and FireFly apparel (nightwear)
  • PLEASE NOTE: All non-returnable items are returnable if the order is canceled before it is processed and or shipped.
    No refunds, No returns, No credits….. No exceptions

o   Items can be returned and exchanged for fly gear of equal value. If the item(s) is greater in cost, the remainder will be applied at checkout.

  • PLEASE NOTE: items MUST be in their original state and the customer is responsible for shipping and handling back to The Trap
  • PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS are given only exchange or merchandise credit  
o   If you don’t see Trap Apparel replace - a merchandise credit will be applied upon receipt of the original merchandise
  • You have 60 days to use trap credit or funds will be forfeited
o   Before you return any Fly Trap Yoga Apparel- PLEASE email the.fly.trap.yoga@gmail.com for further instructions
o   All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE- no exchanges, no returns, no exceptions

o   Certainly! An order can be canceled and refunded with no hassle as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
o   PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation requests MUST take place BEFORE Fly Trap Apparel has been processed and or shipped. If merchandise has been processed and or shipped, then the customer must return apparel to the trap (at your expense) to exchange or receive merchandise credit.
